Cestio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. In any case, total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current service period.
You are responsible for the data you input into Cestio and how you use the insights provided. You must ensure legal compliance and accuracy of the information you manage within the app.
Using Cestio does not establish any partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and the creators of Cestio.
